2.Fill Out your Online Client Account

Your FREE online client account has all the important information we need to make sure your pet sitting/dog walking/ house care needs are taken care of- plus access to online scheduling, real-time updates, and online payments in the easiest way possible for you via any phone, computer or tablet. You will get this link when you book your Welcome Call

3. Consult +Behavior Assessment

We will schedule a 30-minute In-Home Consultation and Behavior Assessment ($33), where a Pet Care Specialist comes to your home to meet your pets, review routines, show us key locations (like food, leashes, litter, etc.), and confirm we’re a great fit for your pet’s needs and your expectations and give you peace of mind knowing what your experience will be!

4. Trial Pet Sitting/Dog Walking Visit

A Trial Visit is a required step to ensure the best care for your pets and a smooth experience for everyone. You’ll choose the visit type and time window that works best for your needs. This visit helps us fine-tune the details, build trust with your pet, and ensure a smooth experience moving forward.

For vacation pet sitting clients, the Trial Visit must be completed before booking any future services.

For daily dog walking or weekday potty break clients, the Trial Visit can double as your first scheduled visit.

 Once the trial is complete, you’ll be officially onboarded and ready to join the Atta Boy! Familia with confidence + peace of mind.
