Full Trip Cancellations

Definition: Cancellation of entire set of visits scheduled.

 

 

Non-Holiday Full Trip Cancellations:

  • New Clients: No Credit/Refund

  • Existing Clients:

      • Greater than 48 hours prior to first visit: 100% Refund

      • Less than 48 hours prior to your first visit: 100% refund first 3 offenses.

        • After that, client will be required to prepay 100% of total bill for all future services, at the time of booking, via credit/debit card or online banking.

        • If required prepay client cancels 48 hours or more prior to first visit- a 50% credit will be given - that can be used for future bookings within 1 year of initial cancellation date. Credit is non-transferable/ non-refundable.

        • If required prepay client cancels less then 48 hours prior to first visit- NO credit is given.

 

Holiday Full Trip Cancellations:

  • New Clients: No Credits/Refunds

  • Existing Clients: A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable(No credits/refunds) deposit is required at the time of booking. Remainder due by the time of the first visit.

 

Partial/1+Visit Cancellations

Definition: Cancellation of 1 or more visits during a scheduled set of visits.

 

Non-Holiday Partial/1+ Visit Cancellations:

  • New Clients: No Credits/Refunds 

  • Existing Clients: No Credits/Refunds if less then 48 hours prior to first visit.

Holiday Partial/1+ Visit Cancellations:

  • New Clients: No Credits/Refunds

  • Existing Clients: No Credits/Refunds

ABAC has a limited amount of clients we can book and thus turns away clients once spots are full. This makes us unable to fill those spots last minute if your plans change- thus payments are due as indicated at booking and no credits or refunds are given. This includes reasons such as, but not limited to: Sickness, Airline Changes, Work Schedule Changes, etc.

Early Returns/Late Departures:

  • No Credits/Refunds for early returns/late departures.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the cancellation policies in ABAC's cancellation policies above. refund is due for a cancellation the money will be refunded via Paypal/Stripe
