2. Fill Out your Online Client Portal
Your portal has all the important information we need to make sure your pet sitting/dog walking/ house care needs are taken care of- plus access to online scheduling, real-time updates, and online payments in the easiest way possible for you via any phone, computer or tablet!
This portal allows you to schedule visits conveniently, access to your past and present invoices, as well as giving you a secure way to pay for all services. Most importantly, it will register you to see all of our sitters and dog walkers updates for our visits with your pets via email in REAL TIME! This includes amazing photos of our fun times together and other valuable information.
3.Request Your First Service(s)
While logged into your client portal- go to the Request Services Green Button and book your pet care!
You will be able to schedule visits conveniently 24/7 online and have the best pet care - to make both you and your pet (s) lives happier!
In the future- use the 'client login' button on the top of everyone of our website pages. ( or save the login page to your phone as a favorite or to your homepage)

4.Review our Policies + Fill out Veterinarian Release
When you signed into to client portal- our policies popped up and you agreed- by using our services you agree to all our terms and conditions.
Veterinarian Release Form- we are going to ask you some tuff questions- but they are so we know what to do in the worse case scenario. This will be on your online client portal to be filled out.
5.Book a Customization Chat
Once we receive the notice you have completed your online portal and/or requested services a member of our team will contact you via email. We will schedule a call to speak with a member of our team to go over your portal and request to fully customize your pet care experience. We will then answer any questions you may have. At this point we will offer you the option for a complementary virtual or in-person meet + greet based off of you and your pets needs.
